Shipping policy

Shipments originate in Western Canada from the Metro Vancouver area.  Shipments can be sent with UPS or Post within North America.  All International shipments can be sent via UPS with tracking however regular Post with tracking is available.  Insurance is extra and always recommended.  Local area Metro Vancouver customer please note that your purchase can be picked up at our South Surrey location or Mailed to your address.  Please note that North Pacific Diecast is not responsible for Duty charges on your orders, payment is the buyers responsibility. Especially since de minimums have been cancelled, additional charges may be applied.  

All models will be securely packaged and checked prior to shipment.  If for any reason the model is not up to my QC and the item is no longer available then I will advise you the customer and issue a full refund or as directed by you the Customer.
